Welcome to Multimedia and Wireless Networking Laboratory (MWNL) at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and INMC, Seoul National University! We conduct research on wireless networking, well-balanced between theory and practice by (1) developing new networking protocols/algorithms and (2) evaluating/demonstrating them via analysis, simulation, and system building.

Our research interests include the protocols/algorithms/applications for the emerging IEEE 802.11/15/16 WLAN, WPAN, and WMAN, the next-generation wireless systems, wireless mesh networking, and cognitive radio.
